Refund & Payment Policy
Blue Sky Catering provides catering services for offices and corporate events. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

Order Notice Requirement – All orders must be placed with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times or availability.

Payment Terms – All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering or no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

Last-Minute Orders – Orders placed with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 15% additional fee. This fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refunds –

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable fees.

Changes to Orders – Any changes to your order must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability for last-minute adjustments.
