Disclaimer and Order Policy

Blue Sky Catering specializes in providing catering services for offices and corporate events. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Notice Requirement – All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and quality of service.

2. Deposit & Cancellation Policy – A deposit is required to confirm all orders. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event will result in the forfeit of the deposit.

3. Changes to Orders – Any changes to the menu, headcount, or delivery details must be confirmed no later than 48 hours before your scheduled event. We cannot guarantee accommodation of last-minute changes.

4. Allergen & Dietary Requests – While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles common allergens and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please notify us of any allergies at the time of booking.

5. Liability – Blue Sky Catering is not responsible for any food-related allergic reactions or health issues that may occur after delivery or service, once food has been served or stored outside our recommended guidelines.
